The duplex was poking out in the back. Popped it 
back in place and it started working fine again.

Gave him the new computer, no issues with that 
however the loaner printer he has started 
having problems.
Upon printing it will draw the page back in and 
get stuck halfway, then switch the orange 
warning light on. It's a Xerox 3250.

Hi Allen,

We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you.  (#68946)

Description: laptop is dead

Turns out your laptop had an issue with the 
motherboard, so we're going to replace it with a 
nearly identical (without the flaw) laptop that we 
had as a spare. Are you fine with us upgrading you 
to Windows 10 or would you prefer to keep Windows 
7?
