I took it apart and seen a little piece in the usb 
slot.  I took it out and it booted for me.  Can 
you return and test, thanks.

Brought it back to the office, the error 
specifically was "USB over current notice" and 
sat in the center of the screen when signed in, 
upon logging out it just had the symbol for the 
error in the bottom right corner.

Anytime someone logs into this VDI station it 
pops up an error that says "USB Overcurrent". 

The VDI station is located at the west desk. 
They stayed logged in with the error up.
