Went in yesterday to check with this issue. It
looks like the machine needs to be re-image.
Konnie said he is working on getting a replacement
for Chad as he prefer to use desktop, also couple
with the fact that the laptop is not working at
the moment.

Hi Brighton,

Yes, they will be plugged into a Mac laptop #2012
0397.  (We also need to have the laptop checked to
see if it has been re-imaged as I don't know what
faculty/staff had the laptop before now).  He will
also have monitor #2009 0606 (which is already in
RWEC138) as he need 3 monitors, 2 for regular
computer work and one for his video phone calls.

Chad will begin work in RWEC138 on Tuesday,
September 4th.

the WOU ID on the tower the monitors will be
hooked up to? And when will they be starting?

Hi Help Desk Rep,

We are setting up a new interim director in RWEC
138 and he (Chad A. Ludwig) needs two computer
monitors.  One for working on (excel documents)
and one for video phone usage.
