checked and it was already activated. ran the .bat
files anyway and told her to take a picture or
call us ASAP if she gets the pop up again.

She keeps getting an activation wizard pop up when
she uses Word and saying it is not activated. 

I told her someone would call before they head
over there. Her extension is 88328
