Hi Valerie,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #69002

Description: **9/4 after 1pm** Printer isn't 
logged on

We tested the printer and it printed without 
issues, is there another time that we could send 
someone down and you can show us what the problem 
is?

I went down there and printed fine. The lady at 
the desk said the person who called in had already 
left so I couldn't get more information.

She said it is usually good to go in the morning
but doesn't seem to be logged on or connected
right now. They can't get things to print to it
