Darin is getting GFA replacement of W#20141207[Edit Inv] with new 
SFF desktop W#20171049[Edit Inv] & 2 monitors W#20171133[Edit Inv] and 
W#20171271[Edit Inv] to ITC 004.  Equipment with GFA setup form is 
on counter in ITC008
