I was able to install win 7 on the actual machine. So I ended 
up not using the one picked from storage.

Picked up a machine from storage with WOU#20120928[Edit Inv]
and swapped the hard drive for one of the loaner
with WOU#20130909[Edit Inv].

There are 12 lab computers in Devolder 101. 11 of
them are running Windows 7 and 1 of them is
running Windows 10. He wants them all to be
running Windows 7 because all of the instructions
for how to operate the computers are based from
Windows 7.
