Dona did another grant for Jane, which resolved 
the trigger error she was getting on login.

Dona added GUAINIT access, but now on login Jane 
is getting a trigger error, and cannot use INB.

Did some in-person troubleshooting to reveal the 
banner error that was hiding under the broken Java 
prompt.

Dorothy reset Banner password. Didn't resolve the 
issue. Will follow up.

The same issue (java prompt as banner launches 
freezing and not working) popped up a few more 
times (SRs 69651 and 69652). Investigating the 
issue is getting prioritized.

Ellis and I fiddled with it for awhile, we've 
narrowed the issue down to being either a 
driver incompatibility or java trying to throw 
dialogue in unreachable places because of the 
auxiliary monitors. Will return later.

Talked to Soukup, and he said that the newest
version of java needs to be uninstalled, and
install and older version so her banner will load.
