GFA SETUP SETUP: Replacing old W#20121289[Edit Inv] with new 
Monitor W#20170260[Edit Inv]  to HSS 308 for Uma Shrestha. 
Equipment is located in ITC 008 on countertop. 
NOTES: Has UCS loaner W#20121092[Edit Inv] since hard drive died 
in W#20121267[Edit Inv]
