I tested it with my machine and then we plugged his 
machine in and it started working.

I returned his machine and told Tracy he needs to hard wire 
the first time. Although I had no issues logging in on WiFi.

with it.

Will not run updates. Everything is configured correctly in 
WSUS and SCCM. I've run the troubleshooter and it can't 
find anything wrong. The only thing left to do is reimage 
again? It is definitely an issue with the computer.
