She is requesting for a replacement of her machine. 

Also she, has been assigned a loaner for now while
she keeps the original running because it serves
as a server to one of the software she uses for
her inventory control.

Her computer has been running very slow latley. It
takes 5-10 minutes to open up new pages or
navigate different things. Her excel spreadsheets
won't close when she tries to close them. She is
hoping for a new computer or a fix for this problem
