Went in, checked her browser and changed the default 
settings to Internet Explorer instead of Edge. And I also, make 
sure all her browsers are all set to wou.edu as home page.

Hello,

I am reaching out because I have been having 
network issues with my internet explorer. Every 
time I open E, it takes me to a homepage, but 
when I try to go to our WOU page, it says "Can't 
reach this page". Being that E is the only 
network that supports Banner, it's a little 
frustrating when I can't connect. 

This has been an ongoing issue since 2 weeks ago. 
It sometimes connects and sometimes doesn't. I am 
unsure of what steps are needed to have E working 
at all times.

If you can send someone that can help me connect, 
that would be great.
