We used snapshot to get the most recent backup and 
he was only missing a little bit after that but 
was good to go from there.

He was trying to save some kind of file and now
his computer is totally froze and unresponsive.
He's tried to exit out and nothing is working. He
says he has classes to teach so would love someone
to go over as soon as they can
