Description: uninstall  & reinstall adobe design

I just seen your ticket, unfortunately this needs
to be installed via disk. I will need to get this
disk from our purchasing person. She is not in
until next week. Can we schedule a time for this
to be done next week?

Great, thanks. Here's the info:

I'll be here all day today except not from 2-
3:30, and all day tomorrow. I'm in ITC 204B, 
sometimes I work with my door closed so if my 
door is closed the tech should just knock.
