printing.

She is not able to print to the upstairs copier. 
I had her delete and re-add entered in her copier 
code, still no luck. I am also working on a 
second part of this SR with Brittney. She is 
needing to work on the console side of things to 
allow a software update through sophos. She 
should be able to let you know if it is done.
