Brought back the laptop!

Please deliver this to her at 3PM today. She 
needs to be hard wired in and make sure she has 
admin rights. The machine is at my desk.

She has a loaner laptop. WOU number is down 
below. Please bring the loaner back to me.

Hi Kathleen,

I am emailing you about your computer crashing 
about once a week. What I will need to do is 
set up a loaner machine for you and bring back 
your machine for testing. Before the loaner 
machine is installed I need to make sure you 
have backed up your computer onto your H drive. 
This way if we need to re-image you will not 
lose anything that was stored on your desktop.

Once you have backed up your machine please let 
me know when a good time would be to bring down 
a loaner.

Hi

My laptop crashes about once a week- I get the 
blue screen of death. Would it be possible to 
replace it or fix it so that this stops 
happening?

 I think this is my laptop: Latitude E7270
