This machine does NOT need Adobe it was moved to the 
27in iMac in the Q-Loop studio long before this ticket.

Hi Kimber,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #69758

Description: Reimage iMac

I have that Q-Loop iMac 20121232[Edit Inv] ready. In inventory it 
shows some older Adobe stuff but it looks like it may have 
been transferred to another machine. Do you know if this 
needs Adobe and if so what licensing to use? If not I can 
bring it back anytime.

Brighton, 
I have been given the green light to clear the 
computer. Apparently, we just received it. 
I’m not sure what programs are on the computer. 
We will need Microsoft and some form of Adobe 
Creative Suite. I’m not sure if you can help with 
that or not. 

Is it possible to make it so only Q-Loop people 
can log into the computer? It is in a group 
office and the only Mac. Yeah...

It boots an image stick fine so Mac OS must be corrupted.

I hope I am contacting the right person. 

The Mac computer, WOU Q-Loop computer, in RWEC 
room 210 doesn’t seem to be working. 

I have turned it on and off. The screen is black 
with a white cursor. That’s it. 

Will you be able to help me fix it, please?
