So the best thing we can do in this situation is re-image 
your machine. Is there a time that works best for you for us 
to give you a loaner machine? It will take around a day to 
get your normal machine back to you.

I removed iTunes and a bunch of other junk but there 
doesn't seem anything obviously wrong. 

IE isn't loading portal to get into banner
