Hi Help Desk Rep,

On 10/9, Chad Ludwig's new computer was set-up 
with the Pro bundle by user rather than 
computer (2018 0350).  He is now trying to use 
the Screenflow8 software but doesn't find that 
option in his log-in Self-Serve items.

Can you help us with how he logs into 
Screenflow8?
