Hi Kathy,

I need some additional information regarding
service request #69989

Description: Install Sophos

We found that there are Sophos Anti-Virus on your
computer.
Due to that we would have to install Sophos
software to maintain security measures. 

Please, let us know when is convenent for you to
have us come in for the re-installation.

Looks like this machine has not been on since we pushed 
Sophos can you install it and make sure it has an SCCM 
client.
