I need some additional information regarding
service request #70015

Description: Sophos Reinstall W20170679

We found that there are some services that are not
running on the Sophos Anti-Virus on your computer.
Due to that we would have to re-install the
software to maintain security measures. 

Please, let us know when is convenent for you to
have us come in for the re-installation.
