One our techs looked at the screenshot you
provided and thinks that you might be using Edge.
Try using the search bar to look for IE and try to
access Banner through that. If this still does not
work, we will look for a different solution.

Hello Heather,

I will create a service request for a tech to come
and address this issue. Your service request
number is #70054. What is your availability for
today and Monday? I would also suggest going
through VDI on your Portal until this issue is
resolved so you can still access Banner in some way.

I am trying to get onto banner with my new
computer #20161004[Edit Inv], I know we need to use IE now
but when I try to use IE it gives me an error
message. It says "Can't connect securely to this
page. See attached jpg.
