We were just emailing you regarding a service
request that we have for you. (#70081)

*10/30 after 2:30pm**  computer won't boot up

We were just wondering if you have put in a
purchase request for the broken computer W20090956
(this was an exempt station). A tech brought a
loaner on 10/30/18. Just following up so we can
get loaner W20130127 back.

Already an exempt machine, they will need to pay for 
a new one. We can put a loaner in place for a two 
weeks but then we need to see that they are putting 
in a purchase to replace this machine.

Computer said it was running a scan and won't start 
up
