Hi Brighton,
I just talked with the student and she said the 
computer was off when she initially tried, so 
this was the first booting. She used her login, 
it started to load the system then timed out. She 
tried our general department login and a staff 
member tried their login. They also restarted the 
computer a couple of times and had the same 
issues.

We have a new student starting in the office 
today who reported she's unable to log in to the 
student computer at our front desk (#20110027). 
She said that there was the spinning wheel and 
they couldn't complete the login process. 

Would someone be able to take a look at it?
