Alerts cleared in Sophos console.

Folders were empty, 
cleared recycle bin 
and restarted sophos

It looks like the Sophos Clean Service is not running on the machine. If you can't start the service manually from Windows Services, you'll have to reinstall Sophos on this endpoint.
