Got her logged on, Everything's broken for her. 
John and I deleted her user account and we're 
gonna have her sign on again to see if that fixes 
it, if not then it's time to reimage.

I was wondering if you would be available to have
you login into the computer. We are thinking the
issue might be profile base since one of our tech
was able to login in fine.
