Hi Rhys,

I stopped by today and tested tray 3 on your 
printer. I had no issues printing through tray 
3. I printed from multiple programs as well. 
Can you test print for me and see what happens. 
If it jams I want to come down and look at how 
you or the student is printing.

Hello,

I'm sorry to bother you so soon, but Student 
Media's Xerox printer (20101082) in Terry House 
room 101 is having issues printing from tray 3. 
Shandelle came by and fixed our tray 3 closing 
issue, but now whenever I print from it, the 
paper jams. I'll be out to lunch until about 
1:30, but will be back in the office after that. 
I'm also in tomorrow starting at 9 a.m. Thanks!
