We were just following up with you regarding a service

Description: Laptop not connected to the Printer **11/7 
after 9am**

We have changed a few settings on our end. In order for the 
changes to take effect you'll need to reboot your computer. 
If they still aren't mapping please let us know and we will 
investigate more.

When he cam in this morning his laptop was not
connecting to the printer.
