The issue was with the USB flash drive not being 
recognized.  It needed drivers installed for the 
Kingston.  We tested the dive and it is now 
printing checks with signatures.

Hello, 

Today I moved to a new computer, 20130523[Edit Inv]. I have
a USB stick that I use to put a signature on
payroll checks when I print them on printer
20170366[Edit Inv]. For some reason, when I plug in the USB
stick the computer makes a noise but the drive
that I need to print payroll checks does not come up. 

However when I plug it into my old computer, it
still works. Could someone come take a look at
this ASAP? I am unable to print payroll checks
until this is resolved.
