ran into some issues. The software called invincea
was installed by dell. Yo have to delete it in
program files. Also, make sure to delete dell
protected workplace as well. Both will need to
delete in order to work.

I need some additional information regarding
service request #70173

Description: Sophos Install on W20150178

We noticed that there is no Sophos Anti-virus
installed on your computer. I am wondering when is
a good time to have a tech comes in for the
installation to avoid security threats.

W20150178 doesn't have Sophos installed on it. Let me know once 
it's installed, and I'll check the Sophos console side :)
