For whatever reason her machine needs the 
monitor to be plugged in fresh after each time 
the computer's turned on? Told her how to get 
it to work, I don't think there's a true 
solution aside from getting a newer monitor.

She has double monitors and one of them keeps
entering power save mode and she is unable to use it
