It profile base issues. Have her tried using
WOUVDI and the Powerpoint file open perfectly. So
i deleted her profile and it works fine.

Uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft office. 
Still getting error message. MAy need a reimage

Hi Brighton -
I had a tech out here earlier to work on this, 
and he attempted to repair PPT, which didn't 
work. Then, he reinstalled MS Office and before 
that was done, he had to leave for class. The re-
installation did not resolve the issue either.

ately, whenever I have been attempting to open 
PPTs, I get a message that says this: "were 
sorry. Something went wrong that might make 
powerpoint unstable."
And, I cannot open the ppt. I can create new 
ones, but I cannot open existing ones (even those 
that I created).

Please advise.
