John and I have looked into this and tried a lot of things, but the alert 
simply won't go away. Have seen the same issue on other Macs. Will 
probably need to open a ticket with Sophos Support.

I had BK restart his machine and do a scan. From 
what Sophos was showing BK said he used that 
freeware. Can you make an exception to this one? I 
guess he uses the same software for the bells.

Malware was cleaned up, computer just needs to be rebooted and 
rescanned.
