She left midway through the fix so I couldn't have her try to log in 
but I kicked her off and readded her to the domain and then I 
turned the wifi on her computer, I left her a note that said if 
logging in doesn't work now try ethernet. If after all of that she 
can't get in she will call again and have her set up a time that 
works best to have us sit down with her.

Hello, 

We have a WOU issued laptop in our office that we
use to work from home, and all of a sudden ours is
having issues. It won't let us log in, says there
are "no log on servers available". Could someone
stop by and take a look at it? I need to take it
home all week this week to continue processing
payroll. 

I am in Admin room 305E. Laptop number is 20130382[Edit Inv].
