Updated drivers and BIOS. Ran windows updates. Ran 
diagnostics which came out fine. Darin has the 
machine back and is testing it out.

Did not see any issues with the printer. His 
machine is having freezing issues and will not 
bring up printing to print.

Have it at my desk running diagnostics.

Not getting any errors and printer is showing up 
but it is saying "guest user" on the printer and 
nothing happens
