the computer shutdown.

I need some additional information regarding

Description: *11/26 12:45* computer crashing 

I was able to consult with my supervisor and was 
advised to run diagnostics on your laptop which 
will take a few hours. When is the most convenient 
time for a UCS Tech to visit your office to pick 
up your laptop?

Robin's computer keeps crashing multiple times a 
day. She said a lot of times it happens when she is 
using her network drives
