I got a new computer last Friday and I am needing 
some assistance in logging into my banner. The 
WOU homepage won't load on Internet Explorer 
which is the normal web browser I use. And then 
secondly whenever I attempt to open banner on 
Chrome or Firefox. Can you troubleshoot this with 
me so I can get onto my Banner 9?
