He was sent options on 12-3-2018 for replacement and 
responded 12-4 with wanting an Apple Laptop option.  I 
have created a New Equip Setup SR # 70473 to replace 
this laptop W#20131001[Edit Inv] with new Apple Laptop 
W#20170675[Edit Inv] . I will be closing this laptop once the 
setup  process has been completed

He came in with charging issues, Megan cleaned it
but it looks like the charging port is slightly
damaged and he will likely need a new GFA soon.
