Hi Albert,

I need some additional information regarding service request #70462

Description: Sophos Clear Alerts on W20160282

We need to clear alerts from your Sophos antivirus. When is a good
time for a UCS Tech to visit your office and complete this task?

Thanks,

Reggie

Try this method to clear the alerts:

Enter the tamper protection code.
Next, click the red status on the main page of the Sophos application, which will take you to the events listing where the alert is. Finally, click "Resolve" to the right of the event entry.
If no alerts appear, try rebooting and rescanning the machine.
If none of this works, contact John or Brittany.
