This machine will need to be upgraded to Windows 10. Once that's 
complete, Sophos should run normally.

Hello,

Karen Schlieder is having issues with her laptop. 
Sophos is blocking these sights from running any 
videos; while youtube still works. Could you send 
a tech to have a look? Or give me a call and let 
me know how to fix this issue? I would appreciate 
that!
