Hi Tom,

I brought back your new HP 6230 printer and 
tested it on our XP testing machine. It 
installed the printer just fine. Unfortunately, 
this means your machine is having an issue.

Since the machine is owned by Bod Pod this 
issue is out of my hands. I would suggest 
calling them and letting them know that the 
printer works fine on other XP machines except 
for there's. It could be as simple as the 
machine needs windows updates. 

I will bring back your printer on Monday so 
that if they come out to work on it then it 
will be there to test.

The XP machine is having issues installing the

Hi Shandelle,

I think we'll need to wait until the first week 
of Winter term. Tom Kelly primarily runs the 
BOD POD and he won't be back until then, so 
maybe we can setup a time during that week.

Hi Lindsay,

I have received your new printer that will be 
connected to the Bod Pod machine. I was 
wondering when a good time would be to come 
down and install it? I would like someone there 
that works with the Bod Pod just in case I need 
help navigating through the software for the 
setup.

This is a USB local printer setup but since it is for the 
BOD POD system I thought it should start in Pepper's 
queue.  Move to UCS Tech if okay for any tech to install 
on the Bod Pod System; The printer is in box with invoice 
on the Inventory Counter in ITC008
