The hard drive is faulty. Did a diagnostics on it
and it did not past the hard drive test. Will swap
the hard drive.

She dropped off a department laptop that is not
starting up and seems frozen on the startup page.
She said it has been stuck on it for over an hour
and was having similar issues yesterday while it
was hardwired. She also wants us to know that this
is one of the laptops that has the ID card program
on it. She would like someone to call at some
point to give her an update on the laptop and time
frame.
