Wasn't able to login because it needed internet 
authorization, logged in as local admin and had 
the user authorize themselves on wou-secure

Computer 20110004[Edit Inv] in Advising Center 128 is not 
allowing users to logon. At the Windows Logon 
screen we are getting the error "There are 
currently no logon servers available to service 
the logon request."
