We were wondering when we can work on W20170252 to
get it up to date with the latest Windows 10 version.

Hi Ethan,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #70554

Description: Outdated version of Windows 10

I created this ticket for you because I noticed in our 
management system you are running an older version of 
Windows 10 that Microsoft no longer supports. A new 
version of Windows 10 comes out around every 6 months 
and they are only supported for 18 months. 

Not running a currently supported version means you are 
not getting security updates which is a serious issue. Is it 
possible for you to let us take a look at it and make sure 
everything is up to date. It might already be up to date I can 
see the info I have for you machine is 37 days old.

This machine is showing that it is running Windows 10 Pro 
version 1703 in SCCM. This version is no longer supported 
and is not receiving security updates. We need to get the 
machine so it can be upgraded or reimaged.
