Description: **12/14 between 8:15-9:45am** 
Computer shut off and won't turn back on

One of our techs went down at the requested time 
and the office was locked and lights were off, 
could you get back to us when somebody is 
available?

Got there at 8:19 and waited 6 minutes. Door was 
locked and lights were off.

I was wondering if I could have someone come out
tomorrow morning 12/14 to fix my computer. Today
it shut off in the middle of a project and hasn't
turned on since.  If someone could come as soon as
possible so that I can work on an important
project, I would greatly appreciate it. My
