I wanted to check in on this laptop. I believe the
WIFI and sound issue was resolved. But it needed
the Assure ID card software installed and tested.
This laptop is used for creating WOU Student ID
cards with that software program.

Hi Chelsee,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #70563

Description: **12/14** Laptop having multiple 
issues (no sound, no wifi) 

Your pc has been upgraded to windows 10 and all 
sound and WIFI issues have been fixed. When is a 
convenient time for a UCS Tech to visit your 
office and deliver your laptop? Alternatively you 
could pick it up from the UCS service desk.

20140563[Edit Inv] upgraded to windows 10, seems to have 
fixed the initial problem. Wifi and sound is 
working and the laptop has been updated.

She says that she is unable to get the sound
working on the laptop and when she tries to turn
it up, it asks for admin rights but when she puts
in her credentials it says they and wrong even
though she should have admin rights. She also said
she is unable to log in to the wifi (doesn't
redirect to log in page after she enters the
password). She tried rebooting and hard wiring.
She would also like to have any updates done while
it is with us.
