Emma Feldman	Dec 14, 2018 11:14 AM	She said her WASP software is having issues every single day (keeps freezing in the program and she has to reboot just to get out of it). She also said her speakers are not working properly and she has to do the repair on them every day just to get them to work. Says all of these problems are ongoing and what we have done in the past has only fixed it for a brief period of time.	Add Attachment
