Her machine is not loading to OS, it looks like
its is failing. She said that she did Diagnostics
on the laptop and it was successful. I assigned
loaner WOU#20101028[Edit Inv] while i re-image her machine.

Her laptop is not turning on and she left it
overnight and it is still doing the same thing.
Dell logo pops up but she said it doesn't sound
like it is booting up like it normally does. She
will bring it in to the front desk sometime on 12/19.
