Great, I have a box ready for it to be shipped to
Apple. The hard drive will be replaced so all the
data will be wiped. Does anything need to be
backed up?

Hey Robin, 

Sorry for the late reply to SR 70587.

W20170184 will need to be sent back to Apple to
get a new SSD. I can provide a loaner while your
machine is gone, will you need any special
software on the loaner? I will call into Apple
today so the box gets shipped now and will be
ready when you are.

drive problem and it needing to be replaced
