We need to probably reimage which we wouldnt want 
to do unless the end user know that the files 
saved locally wouldn't be there and we have no way 
of getting the users bookmarks.

Greetings,

CPU 20150495[Edit Inv] in the Student Engagement dept 
located in the WU---office 210H is running really 
really slow. Sometimes updates take an hour as 
well as getting the computer to actually start up 
can take as much as an hour before a program can 
be used.
The office occupant is on leave for some time, so 
we would like to have it looked at, cleaned and 
operating speed increased.
